Dear Participant,
This survey is being conducted of parents and others who have attended at least one event through Miami-Dade County Public Schools: The Parent Academy. The survey is part of an evaluation of the Academy that is being conducted by the Office of Program Evaluation.
Your opinions are an important part of this evaluation. This is not a test, and there is no “right” or “wrong” answer. The questions ask how you felt about the Parent Academy event that you have attended, and about your experiences with the Academy in general. It should take you about five minutes to complete.
